PC not finding online match

Is any one else with this issue? I go to multiplayer and it just keeps loading

Same problem on Xbox

Same on PC, been sitting here for 10+ minutes and I just see the UNSC logo cycling.

Multiplayer Play Sessions are 10AM - 2PM and 5PM - 9PM PT Timezone.
