PC -Microsoft Store version High Resolution Texture Pack?

Hi all,

The High Resolution Texture Pack for the Microsoft Store - PC version of the game; am I correct that it will not be used on the game’s low or medium preset, or are the high res textures used on all presets when installed?

I believe they are still used or enabled. Though I am not a 100% sure on that. Just uninstall them. It’s the best fix.
