My rank keeps resetting everytime I close the game. It’s done this at least 6 times so far. What’s going on? How do I fix this? It’s getting kinda annoying. I’ve only played the ranked playlist, I’m exp rank Colonel and I’m still level one despite many many wins.
Having the same exact issue, also not receiving achievements/nameplates and emblems. Seems it’s only users who are playing the game through Microsoft store.
Same here, purchased on Steam though. Opened a ticket and got no help, just linked me to something about achievements… I also have no stats tracked and I have about 7 hours played. Launching a game like its in beta, what a joke.
I’m playing the game through the Steam Store. Still not getting ranks, even after trying the “host file” fix thats going around when it comes to some campaign stuff. I’m at a loss of what to do. I’m currently at 26 hours played. All of which are the Hardcore playlist, 1 Firefight (tried to get the emblem but never got it cuz the bug) and one team snipers game.

Doesn’t track any playtime, every time I log on I’m smurfing essentially.
Any fix bois? My friend and I both pre downloaded at the same time and are the only ones out of 6 that have this issue. All Xbox game pass
My rank resets back to level 1 every single time I close the game since day 1.
Man where is the help and support, i play for ranking etc and i cant even get one, i have submitted tickets and everything and no help whats so ever. even if i make a new account it doesnt work… someone help.
