Pc I have a really annoying bug to report

The bug I have is during a custom game sometimes when a new round starts it is a black loading screen for me and it has the big loading circle thing and no one else has it happen and also I know the round starts while it happens cause I hear it start and also It gets me killed so if anyone else has this please let me know if you have a fix and also I searched online and can’t find anything

Intel(r) core™ i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHZ 3.40 GHZ processor
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
12 gb ram
For my game I have
Maximum possible screen resolution 1920x1080 (16:9)
Maximum texture size 4096
Frame rate limit 60
Texture filtering anistrophy 16x
