Whenever I try and boot up Halo Wars 2 It boots up into the halo app, which won’t ever boot. Could someone please help me out? I just want to play halo wars 2.
So I have had this same issue. The app just loads an empty UI and I can’t access the games on the halo app because of this. The solution appears to be uninstalling the app entirely. If I recall, it was basically discontinued as the halo platform at least for future titles. I uninstalled the “Halo” app from my computer and both HW:DE and HW2 both launch successfully without the need of the app.
You can uninstall the app by going to the “apps and features” on the windows start page. Hope that helps.

Ended up doing the same thing. Works like a charm now!
