I directly kicked off the game on Legendary difficulty. So I double checked the in-game achievement page, says that I completed 9/10 of the levels on all difficulties. I also took a look at levels list, clearly showed that the highest difficulty I completed for every level is on Legendary. Btw, I heard that the achievement is kind of bugged on PC from other players’ feedback?
It really is inconvenient that the game doesn’t show whichever level is lacking completion. I suspect that it might be lacking on the very first level, since when I completed level 1, it also gives me the achievement of completing level 2 for some reasons. Another thing that I suspected is that I actually completed ‘The Silent Cartographer’ in offline status, before I reconnect to the internet, no achievement popped up, so I wonder if that actually prevents the server or sorts on acknowledging that I completed that level.
Would be glad If there’s anyway to get rid of this problem, I really don’t feel like running the levels on legendary again at the moment, after completing the entire game.

According to your Halo Service Record here on Waypoint, the mission The Silent Cartographer wasn’t registered as being completed. Running through the mission again will get you the achievement.

Hey there, sorry for an awfully late reply, I don’t know there’s a way to check my level completion status on Halo Service Record lol. Anyways my suspicion is right so I went to do a quick clear of Silent Cartographer when I am online and achievement popped for me. Thanks for the tips tho.
