I constantly get fatal errors when playing custom games in the custom games browser in master chief collection and it goes to desktop. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
what version do you have? steam or ms store?
Steam is the version I have downloaded.

Which game is it happening in? I have the new cosmetics disabled because turning them on means that I will get a Fatal Error crash when I’m playing Halo 3 in the CGB. Usually not immediately, but it never happens when I have it off and happens soon after I turn it back on.
Verifying your game files in Steam is also a smart move and has fixed a seemingly random Fatal Error message at startup twice. If you decide to re-install, know that your custom gametypes and forge maps are saved here if you want to back them up. Make sure not to mix up which game they are for.
