I bought the complete edition from the windows store however I cannot install awakening the nightmare. I have uninstalled it, rebooted and reinstalled however still cannot do so. In the Windows Store app, the only halo wars 2 application that I have an option to download is halo wars 2 (not the complete edition, or any DLC or AWN). In Game, I get taken back to the install to purchase it, however it tells me I have already purchased the game.

Cancel that - worked it out.
Start a new campaign (don’t click on awakening the nightmare - instead click on new campaign), and then it will give you an option to start a new game with the campaign, or the ODST DLC, or the Awakening expansion.
