Hi. I bought Halo: Spartan Assault on my WP8 mobile in April of this year.
Now this game is an universal APP. When I pay 1 license, I’ll must play on mi laptop too, but now I must pay another license. WHY? I paid my WP8 version … I suposed that i could play in all the plataforms… PLEASE HELP ME 
Sorry Spartan but you must purchase each version separate, over.

You bought it in April, before it became a universal app. Licensing for the game was different then, and only licenses purchased after it became a universal app count. But I believe this only works between Windows phones and Windows 8 PCs, it doesn’t count for the console versions, they still have to be purchased separately.
