If you’re heading down to the Boston show, be sure to sotp by Microsoft’s booth and check out the upcoming Castle Map Pack for Halo 4, which will apparently be playable. 343 Industries staffers will be on hand for a panel on the shooter’s multiplayer future, too. PAX East runs March 22 through 24.

What are you hoping for in the Castle Map Pack? And what do you expect 343i will say about Halo 4’s Multiplayer’s future?

I hope that the castle map pack will be great just like the majestic map pack. If it is, I will loved to see a lot more map packs for Halo 4 as well as other DLCs :smiley:

You know, people have been asking for additional armor and such to be added through DLC since Halo 3. If 343 actually does it, it really will be a new era.

I would like to see some Forge maps, bring back the Halo ring environment (as Requiem is destroyed), more ranks (as 130 just isn’t enough) and more armor/skins. I know it’s ambitious but if it’s going to be Halo 4’s last map pack, make it a -yoinking- big one!

Look at the design art for castle map pack. Don’t they look like forge maps? Yea if they are that’s going to be awesome.
As far a halo 4’s future goes I hope they go out and say something big heh heh. Like maybe a CSR update, is it visible? Or theatre mode update? Or how about in game clan tournaments? Who knows, either way I’m pumped.

Yes, all the glitches and superjumps are returning. Yes, the original ranking system will also make a comeback.”

I love Halo 4 but I would honestly probably have a heart attack if 343 announced Halo 2 with updated graphics. Seriously, heart attack the second I hear the sound of the t in 2 after the words “officially announcing the return of Halo 2” came out of a 343 employees mouth.
