Paul Bertone returns to Halo

It is a sign that 343 Industries is LEARNING from their mistakes.
For a decade, they REFUSED to hire Halo fans or ex-Bungie devs (with the exception of Certain Affinity) and instead INTENTIONALLY hired people who either never played Halo or outrighted disliked Halo; all in the name of “we want new ideas and to no restrictions on creativity.”

That thinking is what got us Call of Halo 4: Generic Sci-Fi Warfare and Halo 5 Gorbians.
If 343 is allowing Bungie devs to return to the fold, then that means that they are FINALLY learning from mistakes that they have been repeating over and over for the past decade.

It isn’t much, but at least it is a good foot to start off on.

I think to a degree in fairness to 343, I was reading about this before, when 343 took over from bungie it was Microsoft that didn’t want any og bungie staff involved so it went in a new direction.

Look how that turned out… However it’s pleasing to hear 343 are getting go bungie devs on board, Infinite really needs it right now

Aside from the Bungie staff that stayed behind to become the executive members of 343 Industries. You know like Frank O’Connor who went from Social Media Manager and Tertiary-Writer to SUDDENLY BEING THE FRANCHISE DIRECTOR?
