Patiently waited and got to lvl 6, reset to lvl 1

After a good solid 9 hours of waiting playing about a game an hour, I managed to lvl up to rank 6. Just signed on and I’m back to lvl 1 and seems that it’s still taking ages to find a game. Dangg
