Does the Pathfinder specialization affect vehicles? Specifically, I want to know if the pathfinder specialization could make the Gauss Hog cool down faster, and thus increase the rate of fire. Thanks!

Geez the Gauss Hog is already super strong. It would be crazy if it fired faster.

Pathfinder makes you walk faster with turrets and fire turrets for longing periods without overheat. for the gauss hog i don’t think it would affect anything becasue I have a feeling that would give it an outrageous advantage, but then again the vehicles are already made of paper, tin, and glue so that kind of offsets it…

I am in the operator specialization, and my friend was going to do the pathfinder if it affected Gauss Hogs. Think about it: a self-healing fully automatic gauss hog. It’s a beautiful thing.
Do we know if it affects the chain gun on a normal Hog?
I believe it will cool down the normal turret faster, but as far as a Gauss Hog, that’s a reload, so I would believe that it doesn’t count as a cooldown, but I haven’t done Pathfinder.
Go ahead and experiment, you’ll get all the Specializations eventually if you play long enough.
