The helmet on the cover of the Thursday War is possibly the Pathfinder! Look at the tops of the helmets and they are very similar.

I think its either the Mark V , or OPERATOR helmet from Reach that is shown on the cover of Thursday War.

Looks like the BoB helmet, to be honest. But I may be examining it from the wrong angle.
The armor is definitely mark 5 is this guy a Spartan 3?
There’s absolutely no evidence that it’s the Pathfinder. In fact, it looks as though the artist based it on various Reach armours more than anything else.
I can’t find the image where it showed the top of the pathfinder helmet, but if you look closely, it’s a very similar design. Also, this is Halo3 transitioning into Halo 4, so early proto helmets could be given to SIIIs or they could be wearing prototype SIV armor (doubtful though). Also, that is the Infinity on the cover with several frigates around it.

“Pathfinder” is a cool name for a helmet type, but the one in the picture looks like Operator to me. I use Operator…just incase you were going to ask…which helmet I used in Reach…the game that is a prequel to Halo CE…yeah, the one with the Master Chief…and Cortana.
That’s supposed to be Naomi in the new mjolnir m. VII armor.

Hmmm I can the that it might be pathfinder ya never know. But if it is I’m assuming that pathfinder might be the new sniper armor that or dead eye.
