Path Kethona?

What’s up everybody! SilverSoul here, your friendly neighborhood Forerunner enthusiast.

So I been looking over the Forerunner saga novels, more specifically Silentium and I started to wonder about Path Kethona. You know that forgotten dwarf galaxy that our mantle crazy technocrats decided to wipe out the Precursors in after getting done in the Milky Way.
So my question is pretty simple, What happened to the ancient Forerunner Fleet of ships that were parked outside that primitive Forerunner settlement?

I know Faber blasted Omega Halo in that direction all kamikaze-like but I cant find anything on the nature of the Fleets technological basis. Were they composed of Precursor Neural-physics? Or were they Forerunner original tech?

I ask because the whole self-imposed exile (great journey) thing got me thinking of where would they go, what would they do, how would they rebuild? And those ships were really advanced, even by Forerunner standards, so if I were IsoDidact I’d make that my first stop.

Let me know if I just missed something with a page number or jot down what your thoughts on what Forerunner’s might have done after leaving the Galaxy. I’m open to ideas.

Thanks in advance. -Soul

I’d guess that fleet would still be there.

What another hundred thousand years would do to them is probably the biggest concern. They may be a little rusty.

It seemed like most their systems were deteriorated at the time. If they couldn’t pull logs from them, odds are they cant get them to work again.

They definitely didn’t run on neural physics though, otherwise they likely would have remarked about how different they were. It would have probably made it hard to identify as forerunner in the first place.

The ships are probably still there
