Patch the Flood mode, its comepletely broken

I have theater clips of people joining mid-game and starting with DMRs and AR’s, and if the flood kills them they still spawn back as a human. These people can also kill other humans and get points for it. There is also a glitch where if someone joins as a flood, they are marked red on all other floods radar, and your crosshair will be red, but when you kill them it counts as a betrayal.

I’ve seen the red-dotted Flood = betrayal glitch before. I’ve also seen said-Flood flicker as a Spartan in graphics only.

I wish I spawned JiP in Flood with a DMR just once. Would be awesome :smiley:

I don’t know why join in-progress is even in flood. I once joined and was instantly last man standing, completely random. The last man standing should get some kind of overshield, just like in all other halo games…

I think they do get an Overshield…but I haven’t really played Flood for a bit.

Nah, they don’t. They just get a very short sighted shotgun and a weak pistol, and 20 players with speed boost running at them :smiley:

I for one miss the flexability of Living Dead/Infection from Reach.

Is it me or does this game seem more and more like a halo version of minecraft? (you know . . . one patch at a time until eventually we might actually have a complete game.)

$70 says you should take a hike and the issues of this game (like those in Flood) should all be fixed asap.

ps: A month is not “asap”.
