If what you are trying to say is that you get kicked out of games in the pre-game lobby, then your disc is probably scratched. That is the only reason that that would happen I think.
NO, the CD is fine, no scratches, LET ME TO VOTE ON SEVERAL Loby MAPS AND CAN PLAY IN SOME OTHER MAPS BUT JUST TAKE ME
if you have space on your HD try downloading the game to your xbox. Doing that makes the game run a little faster and if your game gets scratched it just needs the disk to start the game. who knows, that may solve your problem.

This^ or the disc has just gone bad. I have had that happen a few times.
