party size restriction

I’m sure this isn’t a new gripe, but why are teams of three or four getting matched against solitary players? It automatically hands them the advantage of communication and team work. This also grants map control AND power weapon control.

Is the hidden trueskill even used for matchmaking? Judging from the not hidden bpr’s of the players involved in my matches, i assume not. Curious why balanced matchmaking wasn’t a priority in Reach.

As a side note, when i go 20k/3d and a teammate goes 3k/20d I’m ok with that. It means that there was a mean skill it was trying to achieve and the match could have been the result of low population. It should be discouraged… meh.

It’s awful in Team Objective. Whenever I search in a full team I only get randoms, but when I search with only a friend or two I only get full teams. Is the system working in reverse?
