Party Restrictions - Why Hasn't This Been Fixed?

Why.
Someone explain this.
From launch, it doesn’t matter if you’re searching alone or not…
You can match full teams.

I should NOT match a full team of 2, 3, 4, 8 or 12 (depending on the gametype) if I am searching alone…
Why hasn’t this been sorted?
In Team Arena…how are 4 randomly matched players (quite likely without mics!) suppose to win, against 4 players…partied up…all communicating and calling out to each other.
In Warzone…how are 12 random players suppose to do anything, against 12 players who are grouped up…with wanting to do the same thing.
Trip cap (while communicating)… Then farm.

If this feature…was in the game at launch…all the issues with farming? They wouldn’t have happened.
Why is this still not in the game?

I can’t explain it and they won’t.

A fix would imply that it is broken

Matchmaking isn’t necessarily broken, just bad. They need to improve it

I agree with it for ranked playlists. for unranked i dont think it should matter as much. plus it would effect match making times.

Unranked maybe not.
But hey, in Halo 5 everything has hidden ranks anyway!

Teams of 4 need to wait longer…i’m ok with that.

343 has put match making times above all less. Matching parties with parties and randoms with randoms would increase the matchmaking times by A LOT. Halo just doesn’t have the population to support that type of matchmaking.

I’d love a solo players queue (I think Destiny introduced one a bit back?) but my concern would be that the population wouldn’t be able to sustain it.
