I was thinking how it would be so much better if you could pick team slayer then have the option of finding players that are in parties only or players alone. Pick “Full Party” only if you have a full team for the playlist to search for other parties, or pick “Lone Wolf” if you’re playing by yourself and search for other players by themselves. There could be a “I don’t care, just find people” option, too. I don’t see why they couldn’t do this.
It’s already basically set up like this. If memory serves, when entering a Team Slayer match in either Halo 3 or Reach with 4 players, it would TYPICALLY pit you against another 4 player team. Otherwise, it wouldn’t.
The game already sort of does this for you. If you are in a party, it tries to match you with others that are also in a party. Opposite goes if you’re playing lone wolf.
This is why if you play Team Doubles with a friend, you will run into guests 80% of the time.
Where’s the harm in letting people think they have control over something?
Oh, it was actually something I never realized. but it could probably still have the feature to have other people feel confident about their searches.
