In arena, when multiple people of different ranks, how are you place in a fair match? For example, I’m gold rank in SWAT and my friend is bronze rank, would we play gold ranks because it goes off highest player? Or would it put us against sliver ranked players because that’s the average of our rank? How does it decide where to put a party of people? Also I was curious how it handles people who are unranked? If it pits you against people with ranks equal to the highest player in the party, and I were say onyx rank in SWAT and my friend was unranked in SWAT, should I not play with them during their assignment matches so they get matched with more evenly skilled players? Or could I play with them without adversely affecting the match making of their games? I’ve had trouble finding any information on this so any help would be appreciated.
I’d like the answer to this as well. From my experience it’s either the highest-ranked player or an average, but seeing as I often get matched against higher ranks when playing solo I can’t tell for sure.
