I’d like to get people’s opinions on what the best mission to go for Party Hearty would be. I’m thinking swords of sanghellios (heroic with a couple skulls), but I wanted to know if anyone had any other thoughts. Any input is welcomed.

I completed it on Genesis.
This isn’t my answer but it’s one I found online that might help (original source).
"For this achievement I had the following set up:
Mission: Osiris [first mission]
Skulls: Iron [3.0x], Tough Luck [1.50x], Catch [2.0x], Fog [1.50x], Thunderstorm [1.50x].
Difficulty: Normal
People: 2
Multiplier: 9.50x
If you’re having trouble I would advise taking the Thunderstorm skull off to give you an 8.00x multiplier.
Me and my partner just ran through the level as fast as we could [took us 3:54] and just killed the enemies that we had to in order to progress the level [3 separate points this occurs] and that was enough for us to both get over 200k easily.
However if you’re finding it hard to get to 200k than just take it a bit slower and clear out easy enemies. Crawlers and Jackals/Grunts are all 1 burst with the BR so they are easy points, or one shot with the pistol. The dying elite at the start is also a quick 9975 points if you kill it before it dies on its own.
My Partner had around 400k points and 18 kills and I had around 280k with 11 kills. We did it on our first try, but it might take you more than one attempt. Make sure that you wait until after this mission is finished and has loaded to the score menu afterwards for the par time multiplier to be added to both scores as that is where the achievement popped for us."
