Okay, before reading this, scroll to the bottom of your browser and in the bottom right is the ESRB for the website, AKA the ESRB for the Halo series. In what Halo game was Partial Nudity part of the ratings system?
I have played every game, every mission, every gametype, and I remember nothing of Halo Nudity. Is one of the games rated with Partial Nudity because of Cortana or something?
Okay, Good ol’ Google comes through once again. Apparently the error message(s)’ picture in Halo 2 Vista are the cause of this rating. That is not only sad but also quite boring.
One of the devs made a joke out of a legitament error (called .-Yoink-) by showing his own -Yoink-. A patch can be found at Halo 2 Vista’s offical website in the support section.
I would have assumed the Halo 3 underwear guy on the last level right near the beginning if I hadn’t read the posts about the Halo 2 vista error image.

Fun fact: Halo CE does not have the rating partial nudity yet they didn’t take into account of Cortana?
The Xbox version of Halo 2 does not have that on it.
Halo CEA does not
Nope for Halo 3
Yup for Vista
Nope for just about every other Halo game.
In short it is Halo 2 Vista though I am wondering how the ESRB even missed Cortana in the games she is in.

Which is weird because we see Arby nude right at the start of the game.

Considering that Elites looks like uh humanoid dinosaurs and Brutes look like alien gorillas . . .

They didn’t miss her, because she isn’t the cause of H2V’s rating.
In Halo 2 Vista, there was a special kind of file that could experience an error. This file type was called an “amalgam scene specification”. If an error in one of these files occurred, a certain photograph would be shown…
