Partial Kudos For Sniper Playlist (opinions)

So i will give partial Kudos points for the weekend sniper variant, but it will only be partial Kudos. I was playing that variant this weekend and came across a fan made map which was a remake of a Halo 2 map called “Guillotine”… Was it ever awesome to play snipers on a big board again… My friends and i hated snipers in 4, it was just a big “beat down” fest… We reverted back and played snipers in Reach until 5 came out and mostly play warzone. I do realize in reach there were smaller maps there as well but there were a lot more medium to large maps.

I wish 343 would make snipers permanent but make maps that actually work well with snipers.

I played a little bit of Mythic Shotty Snipers over the weekend, and while most of the maps I played worked well for the game type, one of the maps was not only too small but there was very little open space. I suppose this would encourage more use of the shotgun, but most if not all people use the sniper rifle so the map didn’t work that well. A problem with increasing the map size would mean lots of open space with few players, so the team size would theoretically have to increase as well.
