I’m genuinely curious as to what happened to her during the Banished ambush. Did she get killed , or did she survive 6 months on the ring with a small portion of the UNSC ?
Palmer’s character was somewhat disliked by many in the community. I wouldn’t be surprised if her character isn’t in the game at all. Like it wouldn’t surprise me if she isn’t even mentioned anywhere. If anything she may get a short mention in something like a terminal. I could be totally wrong, but that’s just how I see it.

My guess is that they’re going to make it out that she died morbidly by one of the Banished Lieutenants.
As SamTheWeebo stated, Palmer was not a very well-received character… It does not help that 343i squandered the talent of a voice actress as well-known as Jennifer Hale either.
As someone who adores the original Mass Effect trilogy, it was a colossal disappointment for me to see Hale’s character relegated to complaining about eggheads and making a crack at the Master Chief’s height.
Shes probably on Infinity and suffered whatever fate the rest did when they disappeared.
They seem to have a new Spartan commander that they are pushing, so maybe she’s dead.
