Every palette that I owned, besides sillage, are just completely gone. I have no clue where they went, and I don’t understand what is happening. I’ve uninstalled infinite, and reinstalled it, and it hasn’t changed.

You should make a ticket for that, so the devs can take a look at it. Because this definitely is a bug.
How did you add an image like that?

Some name plates have restricted pallets available. I don’t know if that’s one of them.
Check by switching name plates

Some like Unity nameplate only had one palette.
Dude that TV Balance is giving me mad anxiety
But as for the emblem, some emblems don’t have an extra Pallets, I have the ANZ Launch emblem and it only is restricted to 1
