At the start of this season I was ranked silver 6, which is lower than I usually am but I don’t really mind that. What the issue is, is that I frequently get paired with enemies who are often high golds and platinum players. There have also been so many people quitting which makes the game extremely unfair. Today I was matched in the game with only two other team mates while the other team had 4 (it showed 3 total in the title sequence animation) Because of all these major losses I am now at silver 4 and it doesn’t seem like the problem of being paired with much higher ranked players will stop. Yes, I’m not the best at halo, but its just not fun getting stomped on by players who are much higher in skill level. I haven’t had these issues to this extent in previous seasons so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m basically just writing this to vent my frustration of being unable to win any matches and I was wondering whether anyone else is having the same issue.
Are you playing with friends that are higher than you because the matchmaking will bump you to the higher person to adjust the team around so the onyx players dont just have a bronze guy hosting so they can kick -Yoink- in bronze

My team: Plat, Plat, Diamond, Diamond

Its happens usually to the people below platinum, it happened to me when I was in gold and my friend when he was in silver, then they when I was in plat it stopped

I just think there’s not many silver/bronze players. I think most average players are gold, so silver/bronze players would be forced in uneven matchups. Same goes for champions I’d assume.
