At least for the HCS REQ Pack it left the option open to get it with REQ points. This is the first paid exclusive DLC, which is kind of frightening in a way because you really aren’t downloading anything, other than to your profile. All that information is stored in the cloud, which when offline disappears.

It`s not exclusive though, the HCS pack had exclusive items in, this one is just things we can get in standard bronze-gold packs.

The pack offers vehicle certifications exclusively yes, but vehicle certifications are not exclusively found in the limited time pack. You can potentially get any item, in the vehicle req pack, in a gold or silver. I don’t really mind it, I’m not missing out on any exclusive armors or skins.

My point, if you`re gonna pay double the price for half the content, let them choose to get vehicles specifically.
Its almost the 1st of the month. I’m sure 343 got rent to pay haha. No but seriously I’m not a fan of this either. I think It’s pointless and you are a sucker if you spend 6 dollars on it.
Not a fan of this either, but can tolerate it since there are no items exclusive to the Legendary Vehicle pack that can’t be gotten in other packs with normal REQ points.

Remember, the only reason 343 implemented micro transactions was because they are releasing free dlc. Which is very generous of them. They have limited time paid for only because because they need to make some income. Personally I like this better, I don’t wish to purchase req packs with money as much as I want to, but free dlc is a bonus.
