I bought the str8 rippin req pack from the store for 8.99 and I have not received anything yet. Can I get the req pack or a refund?

I requested a refund from Xbox, and I am waiting for a response. The pro team req packs should be taken off the store if they are not going to work

Have you tried doing a hard reset yet? Sometimes the packs won’t show up right away.

Did you check your collection to make sure the items in the pack didn’t get automatically unlocked?

I did end up getting the pack, it took way longer than I thought it would so I was worried. Thank you guys
