I paid &99.99 + tax for 47 gold req packs and didn’t get them. I tried going through Xbox support and they said they might be able to dos refund but not for a few days and I would just rather get my packs, if anyone else has encountered this problem and knows how to help I would appreciate it.

Hard reset your xbox. Do this by holding the power button for 10 seconds or by unplugging your xbox. Or check the website REQ collection and they should be there
