Hi. I posted in the halo 5 forums and was told that I should post here instead. I had purchased a good req pack and it told me that it could be processed shortly after it was about to open and said to try another item or other content and never got it. I reset everything and tried again and it worked. So i got one pack but was charged twice. I cant print payment history after the pending goes through and have a date on records for proof if theres anyway you guys can track how many packs were purchased under my gt on what days.

Couldn’t be processed sorry. And gold pack not good pack. Using my phone so it tries to auto correct me.
Just giving an update. I just checked my bank account again and the charge is no longer pending but the charge did go through. Is there any way to get a refund. That way no one thinks im trying get a free gold pack for some weird reason. ? ?
I was just talking with xbox support for a different issue, but they did say they are able to re-issue bronze, silver, and gold packs. Unfortunately for me, I bought the REQ Bundle and haven’t gotten anything, and they can’t help me at all. So your issue is easier to solve than mine 
Have you tried Xbox support?
