I pad for a good req pack and it said it couldn’t give it to me and I never got it but my card was charged. Anyone else have this happen to them???

How do you know he’s trying to get free stuff? It’s very easy to confirm - credit card pay history.

typical post from people that just want free packs/hand outs
i am sure 343i can confirm if it was given or not
but these forums are not the place to do that. he needs to go to the support sub forum or contact microsoft
I’ve had something similar happen before. Was buying packs between games and the next game launched in the middle of the transaction. It took a while for it to catch up, but it eventually reappeared as an unopened pack in my open pack page.

In this event, play a matchmade game (can be arena or warzone). At the end of the match when it updates your req points …etc the pack will appear, you’re basicaly forcing it to spawn to allow you to open it.
No dont need a single free req pack I have a life… And a job. That would be silly to go through all this trouble for a pack I can but after playing a couple matches.
It said sorry transaction not valid try another item or something. so i rebooted everything to try again and it worked. So i got a pack but i was charged twice.
Kinda crappy. Its just 3 $ but still. Thats 3 dollars more I should have in my pocket.

I tried that too. Didn’t show up. When u pay cash they instantly open after purchasing. And i wasn’t loading up the next match either I was in the lobby.

Odd, i’ve had it happen a few times. Where i paid with cash and it would start to open the pack, come up with error, then the pack wasn’t there. I decided to have a match on Warzone, when i finished the match the pack was there and ready to open. It might of not been the match itself then that causes it to spawn, could of just been the time since it was a long Warzone match. Either that or because i had a commendation req pack unlock.
