Pages not loading/refreshing

It seems it has been this way ever since I starting visiting this site (around Halo 4’s release), the site will occasionally not load pages after refreshing. And by occasionally, I mean 33% of the time. It’s quite frustrating, especially when I’m trying to post.

I didn’t know where to raise this issue, so here it is.

EDIT: It actually did it just now when making this post, lol. Also, I’m using Google Chrome.

It’s probably your internet or your computer.

Are you receiving an error once the page fails to load? If so could you post the error for us, please?

I’m not receiving any error codes, the page is just timing out. It could be on my end, but it’s definitely something about the site that’s doing it.
