Im trying invite a friend of mines to my company but cant find his account it i click on his name in game history or if i search it, it says page not found. do anybody know what to do. his name is Paradigmmm
I can’t even find an active gamertag of “Paradigmmm” so double check that you’re spelling it right.

His icon’s glitched in your games history. It’s almost like his account doesn’t exist. There’s certainly no evidence of his existence in google, that’s for sure.
This strikes me as more of a Microsoft/Xbox-related problem than it is a Halo one since Waypoint accounts and Microsoft accounts are directly linked.
Okay that’s weird as hell. And yeah, it’s definitely a Microsoft side thing, not Halo.

When he found me on halowaypoint.com he messaged me and it said its an error. I wish 343 had a number to call or we can troubleshoot it. Because he can sign in and look at his history and record but cant message clan invites or other cant see his profile sucks.

It’s not a 343 issue, it’s an issue with his Xbox Live account as a whole. He needs to call support.
Halo waypoint can be weird sometimes. Don’t worry about it though. It can be fixed
