Packs earned in Firefight random ?

Besides the ranking up promo pack is there a way to know when you’re going to get which pack ?
I was receiving almost a pack a round and even got 4 golds in 1 match but ever since, even tho I did much better at most of the other wins I got nothing. Haven’t gotten 1 in almost 20 matches now. Is there a way to see what you need to do to get them or is it completely random ?

It’s based on WZFF commendations that were added to the game commendation section.

^ That. On top of that you get 9 gold packs collectively for your first, fifth and I believe tenth win and whatnot.

…which is the Firefight Victory commendation.
