Sorry if the name of the pack is not correct,I play Halo 5 in spanish and I don’t know how is exactly the name.
Anyway,I bought this pack and while it was opening,suddenly appeared a charging screen,then when I returned to the store there wasn’t any pack to open,then I checked my inventory and nothing changed,any vehicle certification more,nothing…
I already contact xbox,but they said that they couldn’t do anything,does anyone know what to do? It cost me a lot to own the 100k points

Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False
