What of during an assasination you got an over shield 1.(weak os) both victim and assasin.
Afterwards it has a fast decay of 10 seconds (if not getting shot).
getting shot stops the decay effect but gets damaged like normal.
No one likes to have their kill stolen and not get anything for it. (Not even assist)
And no one likes to get killed while or right after one.
