I personally do not like the fact that you cannot assassinate someone who is using overshield (at least it hasn’t worked for me). In my opinion, it pretty much is the equivalent to juggernaut, giving someone the ability to run in guns blazing anywhere or take any damage without thinking or being strategic. I understand the damage difference, because the shields are for damage. But melee attacks, especially assassination attempts should negate it.
I know its not a vital issue, but I would like to see it changed.
