No one in the game could pick up over sheild I have the video. You can watch my team and the other team just all sit on it. Lol
Was it on Eden? I think that’s what its called, the map that has plasma caster instead of rockets by turbine? I just played a game today and the 2nd overshield that came up was glitched. It was pretty retarted
It does happen once in a while, sometimes it’s annoying when you base part of your strategy around picking it up.

The map is called Empire, Eden is the map with Rockets and Sniper.
