I’m the only one around here who think the magnum it’s an overpowered weapon in “Arena”?
Just saying, the magnum are better than de battle rifle, always a pistol have to be a secondary weapon to use only when you are out of ammo, not to kill two guys in a row.
it have to be fixed.
Magnum is better than it’s been in the last few games, but BR is definitely still better. If I have an AR/Magnum load out and find a BR on the map, I drop the Magnum almost every time.
This stupid lil -Yoink- lol. The weapon that’s harder to aim with is of course going to do more damage. No gun ever needs to be reloaded often in halo so instead they gave you two weapons for long range and close range. On top of that, if it’s as overpowered as you say, why don’t you try and use it? It’s like trying to fire a mini sniper.
Have you tried the pistol? I can’t hit -Yoink- with it. I give props to the players who are skilled enough to use it!

Lol what? no, i really think the magnum it´s an OP weapon xD this is not halo CE
but it´s ok i respet the opinion of the others, if they think the magnum is a fear weapon i have nothing more to say.

I’m still not sure who thinks the magnum is “overpowered” when it won’t beat an AR at close range and won’t beat a BR at long range.
It’s a fantastic mid-range precision weapon. I’m so glad that H5 at least gave me a halfway decent weapon from the start of the match.
As I’ve said before in other threads, this sandbox may be the most balanced from the start of any Halo game I’ve played.
And I’ve played the absolute pants off of all of them.
It gives you a fighting chance… it’s not 3v3’s fault if you are not good with a magnum. Would you rather use a AR vs someone who got their hands on a battle rifle?
