Hello there 343 productions!
Quit 2 matches yesterday because of lag switchers or people with potato routers and I got banned for 11 hours. My problem is that the banned time has been increasing more and more and I even waited and played something else. The biggest issue was that it actually is still banning me and it has been over 13 hours since the ban. I would like so compensation. Perhaps a special req pack. At what point do you stop punishing your fans. If this continues I will not be purchasing halo 6 and you will have lost a customer.

Hey OP, please use the ban thread pinned at the top of the forums for any queries on matchmaking bans. Details about how the ban system works can be found on the first page of that thread. You’re not going to get compensation for being banned though.

To address one point you brought up - lag switching, this is currently not possible to do on a game that runs on dedicated servers
