Once again I have now been banned for 15 hours which is 4 hours past your 11 hour ban. Whoever answered my first post was uneducated, didn’t read my post correctly, and poorly represent you if they were one of your associates. Also if you indeed think people cannot cheat on your game you are extremely arrogant and do not address any problems based on this statement. If my profile does not get unlocked from arena I will not be buying your next game and you would have lost a high paying customer for your brand name and future games. In the working world if one has scammed a customer or wronged them in any way, shape, or form typically they try to make it up to said customer. I do not know what world you live in but it is clearly not a sane one. Also a half a day of a ban on a game for quitting 2 matches is absurb and criminal. In case you believe not I described about this on social media and a highly respected nurse agreed with me that this was indeed rediculous. I politely ask you fix and correct this mistake.

I explained in your last topic that there is a thread in which to post on if you have queries about matchmaking bans, I asked you to post there not create a new topic. As mentioned in the first post of the ban thread - bans are handled automatically, there is no way to reverse them, you just have to wait out the time stated. Additionally bans are incremental and take into account previous bans. To get a ban length of 11 hours or more means you need to have been banned a number of times previously.

Thanks but I am actually educated on this. As it stands there are now known exploits available that would allow unsigned code to run on the Xbox One OS. To that end no games that run on the Xbox One can be modified, so the kind of cheating you are describing is simply not possible. If it were then that information would be public knowledge by now.
