Overall Thoughts. Good and Bad

I will try and bullet some of the confirmed information of whats great for the game and what is a terrible idea.

Load Outs

  • hated them before hate them now. if you want to have a jetpack put it on the map mlg style
  • if we “have” to have them than please make them very very underpowered. Like you can only use it once every 10 mins.
  • one of the reasons Reach was a terrible failure

Bloom

  • awful. adds random aspect to the game

Weapons

  • love that there is some selection. Just hope balance is solid.

Specialization

  • Is this Halo or MW3?

Weapon Drops

  • Again… are we playing MW3?

5 shot kill

  • I think the 4 shot was the best. 3 shot to fast and 5 to slow.

Forward unto Dawn.

  • Cool idea

Faster Gameplay

  • Great idea.

Theater Replays

  • I hope this also consists of allowing friends to watch with you. cool feature but not game breaking.

Matchmaking (unconfirmed)

  • matchmaking style should hopefully resemble H3 with more stability like Reach.
  • hopefully they bring back some ranking and not the stupid system of Arena.
  • One of the main contributers to the fail of Reach.
  • Was the main advantage Halo had on other shooters.

These are my opinions. I have played Halo since the release of Combat Evolved. I have seen it all and in my opinion less is better. My live account is basically as old as they come so I have seen everything up until now.

Yes i know there are probably some spelling mistakes and I am stupid because I have that opinion. I am interested in your opinion though :slight_smile:

Your opinion, I quite like loadouts. They add some personality to each individual.

Bloom can be less random than bullet spread if done right. Reach’s bloom wasn’t awful but not perfect either IMO.

No we are not playing MW3. These ordnance drops are different (so I’ve heard, haven’t actually played MW3 or H4 yet)

Irrelevant. Kill times are what matter, not the number of shots.

Matchmaking:

  1. Okay
  2. The main problem with Arena is the low population. It is actually a better system than 1-50 IMO.
  3. lol wut?
  4. Yeeeeeeah buddy! Actually balance is what most benefits Halo IMO. Edit: And variety.
