I received my Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle yesterday, i was so excited about it no doubt, when i arrived home i opened and started unboxing it, i wanted to download Halo 5 first, i forgot it had to be with a coin and ruined most of the code, from three codes, i got just 23 letters from one and i do not know if it is from to Halo 5 Digital Copy, i got screenshots from the console and many things that are able to confirm that i bought it, i ask nicely to all 343 as a loyal halo fan (from Halo 1 to H:Spartan Assault/Books/Many limited editions and consoles) an answer and help, i spent all yesterday and today asking to Microsoft and Xbox and they told me nothing could be done.
He said there’s only 23 digits he can read, codes are 25 digits. That means there’s 1,296 possible combinations it could be. A little more than a guessing game.

Yes, Xbox/Microsoft and said that the code is not re-placeable, they help me indeed, telling me which characters are not in the codes for not so guessing game, still, there are 3 codes there, the first one is the saved but i do not know if it is the game, so they told me to come here to the forums, please help.

It is Ok, my case is that i had not opened one of those codes in many months i think years, so i replaced the sticker without scratching it, (i thought it was going to be easier), and i had my surprise.

Also please for the love of god don’t put a picture with your code up on here or twitter if you want to keep it

As others have said, just try the code guessing. It’s all you really can do. Best of luck to ya!
