Over powerd magnum beats all

The magnum is way over powerd and no fun espicially to those who only use the magnum like it and say it isnt but it is. Nothing stands up to it and the AR has completely no use anymore it used to be 4 headshots now its 3 its the only thing anyone uses and it makes the other weapons not have a purpose it needs to get nerfed or the AR or other weapons need a buff.

Maybe make halo 5 less like COD Spartan health is way too low

Tha magnum is a 5 shot, if and only if the user can get a headshot after the shields go down.

The only way you can beat an AR close range with a magnum is with a perfect kill, which takes skill.

it takes 8 shots from a magnum to kill a fully armored Spartan without the headshot. besides it seems like the pistol now useful other than the Halo 3 ODST to me since halo 3 had no zoom and bad rate of fire and I’m talking about MP not campaign. There still useful but not reliable until halo 5. The Magnum is exactly DMR with a few differences.
DMR has bigger clip
No scope just projection sights
Faster weapon swapping magnum

Okay so i ran some new test on the magnum and no its not 5 head shots it is exactly 4 headshots and it is still a little to op and the new nerfed smg is dissapointing but that is for another topic

Its still 5 shots jack. The standard Swagnum is 5, Whispered Truth is 2 bursts, and CE Swagnum is 3, and I’m 95% sure there was no SMG nerf,

  1. None of the Magnums are a 4 shot kill. The M6H2 (standard) is 5 shots for a perfect kill (5 headshots). The Flagnum is about the same. The Whispered Truth is 6 bullets (2 bursts). And the CE Magnum is 3 headshots.

  2. The SMG is the same.

  3. The Magnum is not OP. It’s a weapon that rewards you well if you use it well.

The Magnum needs no changes. It excels at medium range while the AR is good at close range.
