Over Motivated To Change

I’m going to keep this short, simple, and too the point.

It feels like since Halo 3, the series has become a game that is to worried about changing up the game play. What was wrong with it prior?

I almost wish that Bungie/343i would have kept the train going with the same material just slightly different, like CoD. I don’t like or play CoD, but you have to give it to their producers, they are smart. They keep selling a repolished version of the same game, and reaping major profits.

Why couldn’t Bungie/343i do the same? Why change what’s already gold?

I am open minded, and do like some of the new features, I just don’t see why it had to all so drastically evolve.

Before you refer to the player population of previous halo titles, people still get tired of good/great games. Also, once the majority of the population from a game is gone, others slowly dwindle.

I think they did try and add new things to see how it would work. Gotta risk it or they would never know. As for the poppulation numbers, i think alot of the core Halo fans gotta move passed the fact that right now COD is the top game online. It hit hard and gmaers seem to love it and its gonna take a big FPS to knock OCD off the hill, which is where the next Xbox maybe that chance for any game

Well of course they did add a few things, that’s how we have what we have now. CoD is the top FPS right now, but if Halo 4 can fix a few things we can definitely come close. With the next generation of xbox we can hope that 343i will learn a lesson and make a fantastic Halo 5.
