Playing the game I was reminded of both 343 and Bungie, more over on the art stile for Bungie. The return of gadgets rather than armour mods is also welcomed heavily in my books. However, to touch on a few things I’d like to start with the grapple shot. Now, it is over all a well rounded ability and to say it need changing as a whole would be nothing but unhealthy for it’s intended purpose. But when it comes to vehicle grappling, I have some concerns on the likely hood of anyone realistically being aggressive with the more bulk vehicles. The scorpion for example, now obviously you could lock down at your spawn and cross map. But a lot of us enjoy rolling on in to support the bois, in the past running to an enemy tank was a thrill and a suicide mission. To add, it was fun to do so and you wasn’t always guaranteed to make that push. But that was what made the tank a vehicle to worry about. But now, with the ability to grapple onto an enemy vehicle from range….I fear this might really come back to haunt the game soon. Something about it just seems very very cheap to me. Especially with the new addition of the shock rifles almost instant ability to EMP vehicles anyway. I’m not saying get rid of it but I am saying maybe change how it works. Maybe as a mechanic where If you was to grapple the lid pit of the tanks -Yoink- pit. You could rip it off and expose the drivers head for a good sniper finish off. Or with the hog and yanking the gunner off the thing to you instead of getting on the vehicle. Just a thought.
the map thats got that ledge just for grappling back from jumping off is a bit lame and over worked. but mostly. the unrealisticness like if you grappled a warthog wheel. wouldnt you rip your arm off lol. or whatever. hahaha

I was worried about the same thing. A player hijacked a ghost I was using by ambushing me in a creative way, I was able to undo all of it just because I had a grappleshot. I just swung over and while it was fun for me, it sucked for him. Also, I was using a wasp and I made sure I was out of range of any grappleshots… yeah no this one guy didn’t care. He just zipped onto a cliff and launched himself to get close enough to grapple me and just took the wasp.
