I could be just crazy but does it seem like there’s way too many vehicles in CTF (especially with only 5 people) and spawn way too frequently.
If I could have it my way…
Ragnarok (since that’s played the most lol)
Mantis - Should only be available once, this thing is so powerful, not even a single laser destroys it. Stomps kill up close Spartans, rockets AND machine gun, yeah this should only be used once
Banshee - I don’t mind this if it only spawned once half way through the match considering you have the ability to destroy it with team shots or a laser but powerful enough to take over a match with it’s mobility and cannon.
Warthog - At this point, everyone can shoot the gunner out of the warthog with a sniper or BR/DMR so a timed spawned system for it, I see no problem with, the CLASSIC Halo vehicle.
Ghost - Same thing with the Warthog.
Mongoose - I don’t care if these things spawn once they’re destroyed lol and having a couple on the map is perfectly fine.
What I’m getting it is, I agree with vehicles and have no problem with them, it just makes it EASY MODE with how often they appear on the map. This was one of my BIGGEST complaints with Reach and I hope this changes. I’ll all about Halo 4 and want it to evolve into something great, just a few tweaks and I hope for this game to turn into Halo 2 glory days.
With a good team most vehicles can be taken out pretty easily tbh, even the mantis. Also, mantis is slow so it would be unfair if all you needed to do is shoot it once with a laser.
This is a team game (BTB maps with vehicles that is…). If you go around by yourself, you’re going to have a bad time.
All it takes is a charged plasma pistol shot (which you can spawn with) to change the vehicles into a hot mess.
And you’ll be suprised how powerful just a couple of teammates can be if they focus fire on a vehicle. Banshees and Ghosts stand no chance against three guys concentrating fire.
sigh banshee isn’t in 5v5, and if you don’t want vehicles then don’t vote for the BIGGEST MAP IN THE GAME when you’re only playing with 5 people, because, as it turns out, running all of the way across Ragnarok over and over again is boring as heck and nobody wants to do it, so they give you vehicles.

And if we have Thruster Pack equipped, we get to use that for as long as the Ghost gets to boost!
