I was playing BTB Slayer and a guy and his buddy kept going outside of the map to get kills from. I’ve been playing BTB for a while now and this is the first time I saw someone do this. Would getting out of the map be considered cheating?

If you and a friend are messing around in forge, it’s not cheating. Online matchmaking in any way would be considered cheating in sportsmanship terms.
This happened to me recently. A guy jumped out of the map, stabilized in mid air, killed me, then used ground pound to get back in the map. I don’t consider this cheating if he managed to learn this trick and use it effectively.
I had seen this before it happened to me. I think it was in one of the weekly blogs on Halowaypoint in the section Best kills of the week or something to the effect.
