A guy I really hate file complained on me like 10 times. In result, I got matchmaking banned for 1 week. Why am I banned? Give me a solid reason to my ban and why I shouldn’t be outraged at such a gullible company.

Complaints filed via Xbox LIVE do NOT result in Halo 3 matchmaking bans. The whole system is automated for Halo 3.
There is indeed the place for you to post to vent your frustrations but like I said, bans are automated, don’t expect a reason as to why you received one, nor expect it to be lifted.
> So they ban people without giving them a reason…#HaloLogic
The ban system is sound… and you are lucky it is one week and not permanent. I can sympathize with your frustration, though. How did you know he complaint-filed you 10 times>?
Admittedly there is a lot of trash in the matchmaking system… they ruin the fun for everyone.

Filing multiple complaint on the same person does no more than filing 1 complaint. The only difference is the person filing the mulitple complaints may also be banned from Xbox Live, since this is classed as feedback manipulation.
As for the ban, like others have said the bans are automated due to in game actions, and are not handed out by a single person sat at a computer screen. The system must have detected some dodgy activity by your account, therefore handed out the ban accordingly.
